Children have been assessed at home and suitable placements found for them depending on the individual cases. Parents have been trained at home to remodel or rearrange the environment in a cost-effective manner. Teachers at creches, day care centers and integrated nursery schools have been given input on how best to handle the children. Usually a three month programme is given for the teachers to implement.
