Mythily Chari has a Masters and Education Specialist Degrees from University of Florida. She has certification in TEACCH, (Univ. North Carolina Learning Disabilities (Univ. of Kansas) and Positive Behavioral Support (Univ. of Florida). She has collaborated with nearly 30 organizations in India and has organized two International conferences: Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders: the Socially Challenged and the Social Challenges. Her first book Autism Diagnosis and After has been a very valuable resource for parents and professionals. The book is being translated into Telugu, Gujarathi, Malayalam and Hindi soon.

She is a Founder Trustee of the Commandur Foundation and Institute for Remedial Intervention Services which is a part of the foundation. She is a member of the Rehabilitation Council of India and the Vice President(South Zone) of Autism Society of India. She is a member of Rotary Club of Chennai.

Satyan Chari is an occupational therapist. He completed his Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from the Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore and subsequently worked in the Paediatrics Unit at CMC. Satyan has since completed a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland, Australia with a focus on paediatrics and neurology. His master’s project was on facilitating play skills among children with autism.
